Environement map
It´s possible with v4 to use environment maps (.dds file ), and reflect them on a mesh. We can convert hdr map into a dds, which we can open in vvvv again. With this kind of map it´s possible to create very interesting effects, as you can see on this screenshots

This two pictures are post processed with a bloom effect which gives a near realistic lightning effect.
But the bloom effect needs some gpu ressource, so the framerate is not crazy.

On this two screenshoot the reflection is apply to one of my dynamic mesh , the result is quite cool
